Where your team is exposed to noise, dust, fumes, vibration or other hazards, health surveillance is a system of regular checks that spots the early signs of work-related ill health, before they become something serious.
It's also a legal duty under regulations like COSHH 2002, the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 and the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005, and it shows your team their health genuinely matters.
