Dave Thomas

What is your role at ROHS, and what does it involve?

I'm the Main First Aid Instructor at Rochdale Occupational Health Service. My role is to teach First Aid skills to individuals and workplace teams, so that anyone who needs First Aid has trained, confident help on hand when it matters most.

What do you enjoy most about working at ROHS?

Every course has diverse students with different cultures and beliefs, so no two courses run the same. The ROHS staff are fun and easy to communicate with.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work I ride across the UK on my motorbike, I'm an avid Leeds Rhinos fan and I run daily to keep healthy.

Tell us one fun or interesting fact about yourself.

I'm a volunteer first responder with NWAS and have been for 14 years.
