Clinical Administrator / OH Technician
Sarah Day
What is your role at ROHS, and what does it involve?
I am the Clinical Administrator within a small close knit admin team here at ROHS. My role is varied; I am often the first point of contact for our customers and clients. My role involves managing communications, scheduling health surveillance, and management referrals, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly and professionally, so clients feel supported right from the start. I am also closely involved in onboarding clients onto our occupational health software, producing user guidance and supporting clients through the platform.
What do you enjoy most about working at ROHS?
Taking on new challenges, learning new things, and meeting new people. I also enjoy being able to implement changes for the better, always with the support of my colleagues and manager.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy watching motorbike racing, especially road racing, and I love spending time at a local equestrian centre with my daughter, the ponies, and horses. I try not to take life too seriously, and I firmly believe laughter is the best medicine.
Tell us one fun or interesting fact about yourself.
I once received a trophy for something I am still slightly embarrassed about.
